Our Team

ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Valentine Delleur

Public Policy Coordinator

Valentine has a degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Urban Governance and Public Policy from the University of Sciences Po Paris. She has an academic semester at Fudan University in Shanghai where she studied urban planning in Chinese and Southeast Asian cities. She joined ITDP in 2022 for her final master’s internship and remained on the public policy team as an analyst and then coordinator, where she has worked with road safety, complete streets, and public transportation projects. She is interested in the articulation of public transport with territorial planning and comprehensive mobility projects, as well as issues of urban governance and metropolitan coordination.
