ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Jorge Ramos

Urban Design Coordinator

Jorge is an urbanist with degrees from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, with an academic semester at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona, ​​Spain, and complementary studies on urban sustainability at Turība University in Riga, Latvia. He has collaborated with architecture studios, government offices and technology companies, participating in the design of public spaces, master plans and technology projects for intermodal mobility in various cities in Latin America. His main topics of interest are environmental design, data analysis and the use of applied technology in decision making. In 2021 he joined the ITDP team as Urban Design Coordinator.
