Norman Campos
Road Safety and Public Policy Consultant
An economist by profession, Norman studied at the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil and holds a master’s degree in Governance and Globalization with a specialization in International Management from UDLAP with honorable mention, and has various studies and diplomas. Passionate about cities, he has more than ten years of experience at different levels of government, holding management positions in the State and Municipal Government. He served as Director of Road Safety of the Mobility Secretariat of Puebla, managing to promote sustainable mobility and road safety projects, such as the implementation of 40 km of cycling infrastructure, important reforms to the regulations and the intervention of more than 45 conflictive intersections, among other projects. At ITDP, Norman coordinates national road safety projects in order to promote policies to reduce deaths and injuries from road accidents to zero.
