ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Naomi Varinois

Public Policy Analyst

Naomi has a degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s degree in Urban Governance from Sciences Po Paris and El Colegio de México, where she specialized in the analysis of urban policies. She joined ITDP in 2023 for her master’s degree internship and remained with the organization as a Public Policy Analyst. She has been involved in projects related to the digitalization of public transport, the financing of public transport and road safety. Her main topics of interest are sustainable urban development, metropolitan governance and coordination between public and private actors in transport and infrastructure projects.
