ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Iván Quintana

Transport Innovation Analyst

Ivan is a graduate of the Civil Engineering career of the UNAM. She worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Engineering of the UNAM in resilience projects. Later, he joined the risk and resilience team in complex systems and networks of the Research Center for Integrated Disaster Risk Management (CIGIDEN) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, as a data analyst for the quantification of fragility in electrical substations.

Since March 2022 he has been a Transport Analyst at the ITDP, where he has focused on the measurement and monitoring of mobility indicators, as well as research on transport digitalization, implementation of institutional mobility plans and analysis of transport barriers.
