ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Clara Vadillo Quesada

Road Safety and Public Policy Manager

Clara holds a B.A. and a Master’s in urban governance from Sciences Po Paris, France, and has experience in analyzing urban public policies and promoting international and Franco-Mexican cooperation. Clara arrived in Mexico and ITDP in 2015, and returns to being part of the team in 2018 as the leader of road safety strategy, where she promotes integrated road safety actions and leads research related to policy and active mobility. She advocates for multi-actor types of collaboration in response to urban challenges and the inclusion of a gender perspective in sustainable mobility policies.
