ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Huang Yanwen

Transportation Engineer
Huang Yanwen is a transportation engineer in the Guangzhou office. She graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a master’s degree in transportation planning and management. She has participated in projects such as EF Guangzhou Green Mobility Action Plan and Developing Micro Mobility Solutions in The City Of Tbilisi and is currently participating in the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) phase Il project in Jinan.
