Jorge is a Civil Engineer from Tecnológico de Monterrey with a master’s degree in Urban Analytics from the University of Glasgow where he focused his projects and thesis on active mobility, particularly on understanding the factors that affect bicycle mobility. In doing so, he collaborated with UK organisations such as Cycling Scotland and Sustrans. She has experience in the private sector in the area of data-driven territorial expansion in organizations with a social focus.
