ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Bi Lei

Operations Director

Bi Lei has been working for ITDP since 2009, initially as Administrative Assistant, Office Manager and now as Operation Director. She is in charge of all operation management work in both Guangzhou and Beijing offices, including finance and accounting, daily administration, human recourses and relationship with local partners. She is also involved in project bidding preparation and program fund management.
