ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Richard Miller

Global Finance Manager

Richard graduated from the University of Arkansas with majors in economics and Spanish and minors in mathematics and general business. Richard was sponsored by the university to take the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I exam and passed. They went on to teach English and Model UN in a high school in Madrid and complete a master’s degree in specialized economic analysis and international development at the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE).

Richard has since worked in financial management for mission-driven international organizations, including a DC-based donor-advised fund, a global humanitarian response NGO and an impact-first venture capital fund investing in early-stage companies tackling climate and financial inclusion issues in emerging markets.
