ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Kyle Rectenwald

Director of Development

Kyle joined ITDP in 2014. His role as Director of Development includes overseeing the Development team’s fundraising across all regions from institutional and individual funders, including relationship management, grantwriting and reporting, and funding opportunity identification and cultivation. Before joining ITDP, Kyle worked in environmental education at several nonprofits. He holds a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and Urban Development & Sustainability from Baruch College, City University of New York, and BAs from the University of Pittsburgh.
