ITDP is a nonprofit organization headquartered in New York City with offices in Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. ITDP’s programs focus on public transport, non-motorized transport, travel demand management, parking, transport policy, and urban development.

Paola Lomeu

Financial and Administrative Coordinator

Paola Lomeu holds a master’s degree in Accounting, a postgraduate degree in Tax Auditing and a degree in Public Management for Economic and Social Development from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). She works at ITDP Brazil as Administrative and Financial Coordinator. 

Paola will coordinate our financial and administrative activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Paola brings over 11 years of experience in various operational roles within the public sector. During her career she has researched horizontal coordination between organizations, always focusing on control, accountability and transparency in implementing public policies and published studies on the subject.
