Kwawuvi Joshua Elorm

Senior Associate, Monitoring & Evaluation

Kwawuvi Joshua Elorm is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with a background in Global Health. He has experience leading research and evaluation initiatives across Africa and the United States. His early work in underserved communities strengthened his commitment to equity and evidence-driven decision-making. He holds an MSc in Global Health from Duke University, with a specialized focus in Monitoring and Evaluation, and an MPH from the Ghana Institute of Management and Professional Studies, with expertise in measurement, evaluation, and policy analysis.

As Senior Associate for Monitoring & Evaluation at ITDP, Elorm advances the organization’s sustainable urban transport development strategy through high-quality data systems, performance measurement, and cross-regional coordination across all offices. He leads monitoring of ITDP’s key strategic indicators and develops tools that support regional teams in capturing, analyzing, and communicating their impact. His work ensures reliable, actionable evidence that advances ITDP’s mission to deliver equitable, climate-resilient, and accessible mobility solutions.
