Best Practices in Marketing and Branding BRT

This week EMBARQ released a new report entitled “From Here to There: A Creative Guide to Making Public Transport the Way to Go.” According to EMBARQ the report “encourages cities and transit agencies to think critically and creatively about how to make public transport the preferred way to travel.”

Distinctive marketing and branding are one of the key characteristics of a BRT system; this report helps decision makers understand the value of good marketing and provides a starting point for exploring best practice in the public transport marketing and branding world.

The report is available online in English and soon also in Portuguese.
