Rahmad holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He joined ITDP in 2023, focusing on Transport Demand Management (TDM), primarily by formulating policy proposals on Electronic Road Pricing and Parking Management. Rahmad has experience working for the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and Komite Percepatan Penyediaan Infrastruktur Prioritas (KPPIP) and was involved in formulating innovative financing policies for national transport infrastructure. In his free time, he likes playing online video games, listening to K-pop, or watching movies.
