Pandito is Division Head of Corporate Strategy & Risk Management for Transjakarta. He has years of experiences in spatial planning, corporate strategy, and public transport marketing. He studied public policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore where he specialized in economics and development. During his study he worked with several research institutes such as Institute of Environment and Sustainability (IES) and Asia Competitiveness Institute (ACI).
