Pablo is a mobility expert and leader at Salvador’s SEMOB (Secretaria Municipal de Mobilidade Urbana), with over 17 years of experience in public sector transport and managing mobility around major international events. He has held key roles in transport management during Brazil’s hosting of the 2014 FIFA World Cup, 2016 Olympic Games, and Copa América 2024. With Salvador, he has led major initiatives including the implementation of electric buses and the city’s first e-bus terminal, as well as the operational planning of the BRT system and the creation of a cycling infrastructure plan.
