Kaspar Alev
Climate Change Specialist, City of Tartu
Kaspar is the Climate Specialist for the Department of Sustainable Urban Planning of Tartu City Government. He has been working for Tartu City over 10 years managing issues around energy efficiency and sustainability, and he is a co-author of Tartu’s Climate Action Plan “Tartu 2030”. Kaspar has a master’s degree in Industrial Ecology from the Tallinn University of Technology.
