Dan Luscher
The 15-Minute City Project
Dan Luscher is a fractional CFO and founder of the 15-Minute City Project. He has held CFO and COO roles at best-in-class nonprofits and for-profits including Water.org, BSR, Greenprint Partners, and Equal Access International. Most recently, he was founding CFO at Abundance Network, which is organizing a new generation of civic leaders to build a 21st-century government in the United States.
Dan has invested in and advised early-stage social enterprises as Managing Director of impact investor ADAP Capital, and as a startup evaluator and student mentor for entrepreneurship programs at U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and San Diego State University.
Dan previously served as Board Director and Board Chair at TransForm, which works to create world-class public transportation and walkable communities in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. He holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
