Adriana Ruth Iza Certuche

Undersecretary of Citizen Services, City of Bogotá, Colombia

Adriana currently serves as the Undersecretary of Citizen Services for the City of Bogotá. Previously, she was the Director of Sectoral Studies for the Secretariat of Mobility for six years, and the Head of Social Affairs leading initiatives aimed at reducing gender gaps in the mobility sector. She was also the Coordinator of Entrepreneurship Processes and leader of the project Colegios Amigos del Turismo, in the Instituto Distrital de Turismo (District Institute of Tourism).

Adriana has a Master’s Degree in Political Studies and Business Administration from the Universidad Javeriana.
